Trump diplomacy appears to have worked.
He took a hardline approach towards NATO member states, demanding they pay their fair share – somewhere between 2%-4% of GDP.

And, it seems, the other countries have backed down.
If you stand up to the establishment and drive a hard bargain, they cave in.
