May confidence vote could be triggered, government not backing down on Chequers plan

The BBC’s Laura Kuenssberg is reporting that 48 letters from Conservative MPs have gone into Graham Brady, which would trigger a confidence vote in Theresa May.

The government are also insisting that they will not u-turn on the disastrous Chequers EU plan.

The proposal clearly isn’t backed by Brexiteers. Will she now be ousted?
