The increasingly impressive pro-Brexit MP Andrea Jenkyns has bluntly said that yes, she would put a letter in to the 1922 Committee to trigger a leadership contest.
Speaking on the Yorkshire edition of Sunday Politics, Jenkyns was asked if she would make such a move and responded: “100%, yes. I’m a blunt northerner. I speak as I found.

Referring to a letter she delivered to Theresa May setting out red lines for Brexiteer MPs, she went on to say: “I’ve put that letter out to the Prime Minister and it got made public and I stand by those lines.
“I’m not a hypocrite. I’m standing up for the 17.4 million people…who wanted to ensure we didn’t have a half-in, half-out Brexit.”
Shame the Cabinet Brexiteers don’t have her bottle.
