The Member of Parliament for Peterborough is set to be released from prison today, less than four weeks after she was jailed.
Fiona Onasanya was found guilty of perverting the course of justice and was sentenced to three months in prison.
She has refused to stand down and trigger a by-election and will now seemingly be back in Parliament shortly.
The Daily Mail report that she could be let out after only 28 days in custody and may have to wear an electronic tag.
