Government doesn't record how many returning jihadi fighters it's prosecuted

The government simply doesn’t keep a record of how many, if any, returning ISIS jihadis have been prosecuted since coming back to Britain.

Westmonster contacted the Home Office, the Ministry of Justice and the Crown Prosecution Service. None of them said they had figures relating specifically to returning fighters.

Bear in mind around 425 are believed to have made their way back to the UK after fighting for ISIS or other banned terror groups in Syria and Iraq…

And there have been a record number of terror arrests in the last 12 months – 400.

So it would appear that not only is this government stripping the resources away from security services, failing to tackle home grown terror and not securing Britain’s borders, it’s also not too bothered about prosecuting returning jihadis.

You could be living next door to one, they could be near you on the tube, they could be stood near you at the school gates. It’s only a matter of time before one of these raging lunatics commits another terror attack and this government will have blood on its hands.
