Remember during the referendum when we were told we’d have recession, mass unemployment and World War 3 if we dared vote Leave?
Well, it turns out that the FTSE 100 companies have delivered another nail in the Project Fear coffin after closing at a record high.
The market closed at 7,787 points last night, up 53 from Wednesday.
Laith Khalaf of Hargreaves Lansdown has said: “The FTSE did endure a shaky start to the year, but after two months of steady climbing, has now regained and surpassed its previous high.”
Compare economic reality with the doom and gloom of Remoaners. Chalk and cheese.
