EU diplomats have reportedly been told that Boris Johnson isn’t focused on a renegotiation but that No Deal is now the “central scenario”, according to The Guardian.

It comes after David Frost, the Prime Minister’s Adviser on Europe and Chief Brexit Negotiator met with those from the European Union.

An EU official has been quoted after as saying: “It was clear UK does not have another plan.

“No intention to negotiate, which would require a plan. A No Deal now appears to be the UK government’s central scenario.”

Similarly The Telegraph reports that those in Brussels now believe the government’s stance on a WTO Brexit isn’t a bluff and they are now “working hypothesis of No Deal”.
