Dorries: 'Extraordinary' if Mogg's name isn't in mix for Tory leadership

Conservative MP Nadine Dorries has said it would be “absolutely extroadinary” if Brexiteer Jacob Rees-Mogg’s name wasn’t in the hat when it comes to the next Tory leadership contest.

Though she said it wasn’t time for a contest now, Dorries told the BBC’s Daily Politics that: “When it is time to have a leadership election, it would be absolutely extraordinary if Jacob Rees-Mogg’s name wasn’t in the mix.”

Fellow MP Daniel Kawczynski has also written for Westmonster on how he believes Mogg should be the next Conservative Party Leader.
