Jeremy Corbyn has called for a War Powers Act to make sure Theresa May has to be held to account by parliament for military action.
Speaking on Andrew Marr, Corbyn said: “She could have recalled parliament, or she could have delayed until tomorrow when parliament returns. What we need in this country is something more robust, like a War Powers Act, so governments do get held to account for what they do in our name.”

Corbyn also said he would pretty much never launch military action himself.
He said dialogue between Putin and Trump was key.
