Construction manager admits Brexit will mean British workers being offered more money

In a report that perfectly sums up the entire Brexit debate surrounding migration, Sky News today spoke to a project manager of a construction firm who admitted that the UK’s EU exit and lower migration will likely mean a pay rise for British workers.

Mark Flynn for Cattle Construction in West London admitted that many workers come from the likes of Romania and Bulgaria, saying: “Probably 80% of our workforce are not from these shores so err not sure what to expect.”

He then spoke about “offer the English and Irish guys more money to come out here and do the things that the guys from Eastern Europe are happier to kind of do.”

Time to control Britain’s borders, lower migration and start to see British workers being paid more!
