The Cabinet is due to be shown a draft of the Withdrawal Agreement this afternoon – and then sign off on it in the coming days.
Kevin Schofield of PoliticsHome, and reports in Bloomberg suggest that the Brexit deal is almost complete and is now ready to be shown to the Cabinet – though this will not include the Irish backstop.

The reports come after a leaked document apparently shows the government’s plan to sell Chequers to the country, by enacting a media blitz of key Ministers and getting major business endorsements.
