Staunchly pro-Brexit Labour MP Kate Hoey has announced that she won’t be standing at the next election for the Labour Party.
In a statement today she has said: “I have decided that after 30 years as the MP for Vauxhall I will not seek re-election as a Labour candidate.”
Whoever is fortunate enough to be the next MP for Vauxhall I wish them well. pic.twitter.com/f8TKl43E1r

Hoey is one of the most principled MPs in Westminster. If only the country had more like her.
