17 Conservative MPs voted against No Deal Brexit

A number of Tory MPs voted against a No Deal Brexit under any circumstances, undermining the government and betraying the overwhelmingly pro-Brexit Conservstive grassroots.

The nine Conservative MPs who voted against No Deal under any circumstances were: Guto Bebb, Ken Clarke, Justine Greening, Dominic Grieve, Sam Gyimah, Phillip Lee, Antoinette Sandbach, Caroline Spelman and Ed Vaizey.

Others who then voted against the government’s No Deal motion after it had been amended, ignoring a three line whip, included Richard Benyon, Nick Boles, Jonathan Djanogly, George Freeman, Oliver Letwin, Paul Masterson, Sarah Newton, Nicholas Soames and Mark Pawsey.

Two-thirds of Conservative Party members are in favour of No Deal. What will they make of this shocking betrayal?
