Failed Uzbek asylum seeker pleads guilty to carrying out Stockholm terror attack

A failed Uzbek asylum seeker has pleaded guilty to terrorism charges after he drove a truck down a busy shopping street in Stockholm, killing 5.

Rakhmat A, 39, injuring around 10 other people during the incident – the court heard some were left with brain damage and had legs amputated.

He admitted intending to “cause fear in the population” and causing harm and potential injury to 150 people in total.

His own defence lawyer said the terrorist’s motive “was to instigate fear and to get Sweden to end its participation in the coalition against the Islamic State”.

But this evil bastard has his asylum claim rejected some time before the attack, according to Jan Evensson, the police Regional Strategic Commander.

Prosecutors are now pushing for him to be deported…to little, too late.
