Davis: MPs and Lords will have to vote for Brexit deal

Brexit Minister David Davis has conceded that the British Parliament will get a vote on the final Brexit deal in a boost to Remoaners looking to block the UK’s EU exit.

The Brexit deal will be enshrined in primary legislation meaning it has to be passed by both MPs and Lords.

Answering a question on this, David Davis also insisted that the UK will leave the EU without a deal if politicians do vote it down.
