Gordon Brown is unofficially untalented..

gb.JPGWestmonster was going to try and be nice to Gordon Brown today. After the bashing he was given by the majority of the media last week, we thought it best to provide a little reprieve for the poor chap - a kind of sanctuary if you will. However, with articles such as the one floating around the internet claiming that Brown is "among the UK's least talented", it looks like that will have to wait until next time.

The article in question, published on the Press TV website, claims that a new poll has placed the PM among a sordid collection of miscreants, C-list celebrities, and wannabes, all of whom have been deemed 'untalented' by members of the public. Mr Brown is tenth on the list, which is topped by somebody called Chanelle Hayes in first position. It's very shocking.

Naturally, the poll also shows us a list of Britons who are perceived as being talented, which, for the curious amongst you, is topped by JK Rowling. Groundbreaking news for sure.

What isn't mentioned, though, is who made the poll in question, or more importantly why. Does the existence of such results go to show that there are people living and breathing and getting paid in this country to provide us with such information? What's the point?

Based on the headline of the article being focused on Gordon Brown, it might be fair to assume that the whole thing stinks of political propaganda of some kind? Or maybe Gordon Brown really is as untalented as they say?

But, who's the fool? The fool or the fool that follows him?
