Westmonster thinks Bon Jovi may have said it best: "It's all the same, only the names have changed." The media have been writing the same story about the US Presidential campaign for months now, and we figured we'd let our readers get in on the act. Fill in the blanks, and have a go!
The US Presidential campaign took another dramatic turn on primary day in ( Iowa | New Hampshire | South Carolina | Super Tuesday | last weekend's contests ) as ( Barack Obama | Hillary Clinton ) ( regained the momentum | took on an air of seeming invincibility ) in the grueling march toward the Democratic nomination.
Exit polling showed that ( Clinton | Obama ) was particularly strong amongst ( older white women | African-American voters ) but failed to score big amongst ( white men | Hispanics ).
The trends at politicalbetting.com reinforce ( Obama's | Clinton's ) stunning ( comeback | momentum ), as ( he | she ) has ( built on her lead | shot ahead ) and is now the odds-on favourite at 0.45/1 at ( Betfair | Intrade ).
Despite their competitor's big win, the ( Obama | Clinton ) campaign released a statement saying "( the nomination's not sewn up yet | we expected to do poorly there | they outspent us there 3 to 1 | we're still ahead on delegates | we'll get a better picture of what America really prefers in next week's votes )."
Now the question remains: Will the ( Obama | Clinton ) campaign be able to ( regain the momentum | seal the deal ) and ( rack up enough delegates | strike a knockout blow ) in the race to the nomination? Or will we have to wait for ( the Pennsylvania primary in April | a brokered convention ) to decide the nominee?
( Only time will tell. | We'll find out on Tuesday. | It's up to the voters to decide. )

It just shows what a farce it all is.
Just like politics the world over, the politicians have even mastered the technique of conning their opponents and the commentators too.
