While You Were Sleeping

- Thought we'd found out about all of the undeclared Labour donations? Computer says no. Seems Mr. Hain failed to declare several donations from labour and business during his run for the deputy Labour leadership. So much for changing the subject.
- Davy sets the agenda again with a "tough" new welfare plan he'll unveil later today. The plan requires benefit recipients to take any "reasonable" job offer, as defined by the government. Boulton asks: Why aren't Labour pointing fingers?
- The Times leads with more bad poll news for El Gordo, as he's fallen behind Cameron on the question of who has better leadership qualities. He was already well behind on the question of who has better hair.
- It's presidential primary day in New Hampshire, and things are looking shiny for Obama and John McCain. But don't shed a tear for Hillary she's already all choked up.
- No pay rises for three years for public sector workers, according to the Indy, as the Chancellor tries to "plan budgets more effectively."
- Lord Carey is leading an effort to abolish centuries-old blasphemy laws instituted to protect the Anglican Church, and the bill will be tabled in Parliament today by a hand-holding tri-partite band.
