Mail tries Teddygate for size
Simon Walters in the Mail is claiming that Blair Stalking Horse (TM) David Miliband tried to stop Muslim peers rescuing the teddy bear teacher from a Sudanese jail. Gist of the story is that the Foreign Office didn't want to rock the boat and argued she was getting out in a few days anyway. On the record quotes? Naaaaah.
It's official: Labour got almost 200 grand of our money to help them get their tiny minds around party funding rules. They must have squandered it on free teddy bears for teachers or something.
And there's more. Telegraph also reports that a David Abrahams planning project was one of 20 in the country put on fast-track status. After he gave a hundred grand or so to Labour. Free DVD of Our Friends in the North to anyone who makes the connection (this is not a real competition).
Ooooh. Telegraph compares Nick Clegg to Sgt Major Ashdown. Looks like it's getting serious.
Messrs Scrooge Brown and Scrooge Darling have pissed off Peter Hain and Mike O'Brien over plans to rescue thousands of people from failed pension schemes. Apparently The Two Scrooges have come over all parsimonious all the sudden.
BNP ballerina sets up rival union to Equity. Westmonster confused by this combination of nationalism and socialism, not having seen it before....Oh.

The rival union is to EVERYTHING not specifically Equity. Though it is not a union yet and she did not set it up. Just got elected to the committee.
In case we should think you - or the Sunday Telegraph - are suggesting that the fast tracking was anything to do with the donations can you please provide the donations history of the other 19 applicants?
