Ministry For Feral Media
Here comes Fleet Street
Nick Robinson has an interesting point to make about the accession of James Murdoch to the News Corp. media high command in Europe - it might not play out well for Brown. Murdoch senior has been, by all accounts, a fan of Gordon Brown for some time, admiring his work ethic, his morality and his teeth (pick two of the above). James M, it is claimed, isn't quite so keen (though we've seen no evidence of this).
Meanwhile, the vultures have been circling over the allegedly unwell Paul Dacre at the Mail, another odd Brown fan. If R. Murdoch and P. Dacre leave the battlefield, who will speak for the Gord? And can Dave expect some time in the sun on Fleet Street (or rather some time in the sun in Canary Wharf and Farringdon Road and Kensington and Victoria and Wapping and is there anyone we've left out?)
