Ministry for Moules Frites
Confused? You will be.
This morning Willy Hague will be mostly demanding a retrospective referendum on the EU Treaty.
Given that previously he'd indicated that he wasn't too keen because even though a couple of months ago Cameron offered a "cast iron guarantee" that there would be a referendum he then appeared to change his mind when it was pointed out to him that this would mean a vote on the entire European settlement and rather improbably claimed yesterday that Mr Hague's comments didn't mark a change in policy on the back of a ConservativeHome poll that suggested most of the Tory candidates were Eurosceptic not to mention the Early Day Motion tabled by Bill Cash which demanded a referendum before or after ratification that hoovered up the votes of one quarter of the Conservative Party ...
Confused about where the Tories will be tomorrow on this one? So are we.
