Chris Huhne's strategy

As far as we can work out, Chris Huhne's campaign for victory in the LibDem leadership race is based on the misapprehension that not being like that bloke from the Tories who's managed to put the ruling party on the back foot for the first time in a decade, makes him the best choice as leader for the LibDems.
