Ministry for Administrative Affairs
Are we nearly there yet?
Is it nearly the Christmas recess yet? No? Oh. Okay, well here we go again, then:
Oral PQs
- Monday - Work and Pensions
- Tuesday - Foreign and Commonwealth
- Wednesday - Wales; Prime Minister
- Thursday - Business, Enterprise and Regulatory Reform; Business statement.
Important stuff
- Opposition Day: the first allotted day on Wednesday is to be on hospital infections and the "failure of the Government to pursue schools reform," which translates as: various shadow Ministers spend afternoon shouting about MRSA and their new idea to, uh, get kids reading. Still, it should be worth a watch.
- PMQs: swiftly moving into the Hollyoaks so-bad-it's-good category.
Might be of interest
- Adjournment debate: Graham Stringer's got an hour and a half in Westminster Hall on the Barnett Formula. In the current context of
Scot-bashingrenegotiation of the relationship between the devolved regions, this could prove to be interesting.
