Party On!

Caught up in all the, er, excitement of the LibDem leadership contest, Westmonster has been sadly remiss in failing to plug until now the DVD release of season 1 of the BBC2 drama Party Animals. For those who don't know, Party Animals was a drama that was to "lift the lid on sexy Westminster" and blow open the arousing truth that most bag-carriers spend their time - when not snorting coke or sleeping with their bosses - servicing each other's honourable members/lady-bits (strike one as required).

Don't forget to watch out for the man-sized chicken that disrupts an intimate moment between the two main protagonists at a 1980s disco revival, or the glint in Patrick Baladi's eye that says "my agent is, like, so fired." Oh, and there's some stuff about politics and an election in there somewhere as well. Apparently.
