A little bird (boom boom!) tells us that there's about to be a stampede of Cowley Street staff in the direction of Nicky Clegg's leadership campaign.

Is Nicky, like Moses, inspiring his people to down tools and follow him into the Promised Land? Or is the truth that the leadership fight is sending the willies up the Cowley Street staff who are afraid that disloyalty to the boy wonder during the campaign will be greeted with a fish-like stare and, possibly, a P45 after Clegg is returned victorious?

Either way, the wilderness beckons.
