Don't Look Ethel!

"Diffrunt peeple mk me angy"

Nick Griffin.jpgIn ye olden days the proverbial nutter would spend his time on street corners, shouting about the injustice of not being able to take his camel on the bus, whilst the world largely ignored him. No more. Now he can message the entire Facebook group ("Demand Bus Passes for Camels!") and get them mobilised to descend onto some forum or other, typing incomprehensibly, and creating the impression that the whole world is mad.

This article on the Telegraph website is a case in point. One of Iain Dale's interminable lists on something or other - best right-wingers possibly - created an explosion of outrage in the comments, entirely centred around why Nick Griffin wasn't on it. And folks, some of them are corkers.

Ian Gatford:

The media are alwys saying about politicians burying their heads in the sand but are you not doing the same by ignoring something will not make it go away is it not time you grew up yourselfs and admitted the bnp exist because people they are there

Yup, good points succintly made, we are informed. Unfortunately, we don't speak "moron".

Freddie:

BNP would win the general election if it contrived to attract loyal "black" voters.

And Westmonster would consider voting for the Bring Back Wife Beating Party if she lost all of her marbles and developed a masochistic tendency. As this is unlikely to happen, you might need to reconsider that one as an election strategy, Freddie.

Victor:

The reason Nick Griffin is not on this list is because 'The Telegraph' just like the rest of the media doesn't want the BNP to become mainstream. So long as they can keep the BNP on the fringe of politics people will continue to fall for the 3 card trick. If you have young children in school, thanks to the Lib/Lab/Con they will be an ethnic minority in their own country by the time they reach old age.

Oh, it's the evil leftie, beardy-weirdy, muesli munching, practically communist Telegraph that's keep the BNP down. Now't to do with the fact they're nuts of course. No, must be those Marxist bastards at the Telegraph.

James Whittall:

I cannot believe that Nick Griffin has been excluded, this brave man speaks for the silent majority.

Everyone here at Westmonster can only pray that they stay silent.
