BNP: Top of the Hit Parade

News this morning that in a council by-election in Horsham the Labour candidate was stuck in fourth place behind the BNP coincided with this piece in the Telegraph, claiming that the BNP's website is the most visited of all the major political parties.

For some reason the BNP website isn't loading anything apart from the front page on my computer - does Windows Vista come with a Bullshit Filter? - but Westmonster reckons that their high hit count may be down to the bored-at-work crew logging on to point and laugh at the loons.

Or maybe youthful indiscretion? "M'lud, I visited the site but it was a one off. I was young, foolish and curious, but I swear to almighty God that I didn't inhale. Er, I mean read."

The most likely explanation is that at a mere three letters "B-N-P" is the only site that racists can remember how to spell, and thusly the only one they are able to visit with any kind of regularity.
